AVAILABILITY OF PREVENTIVE HEALTH SERVICES: OPPORTUNITIES OF DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES

Abstract. The relevance of the research topic is caused by the following circumstances: in modern terms one of the most significant trends at the global level is the active development of digital information and communication technologies. Digitalization of the economy becomes one of the major driving forces of global economic growth, significantly accelerates the pace of development in practically all areas and sectors of the national economy. Without doubt, digital technology can be an effective tool in building the human capital of the country, including through qualitative changes in the field of preventive health services to prevent disease and not give to develop health risk factors. The aim of the study is to identify issues and development prospects of telemedicine technology market as an instrument to enhance the availability of preventive health services in contemporary Russian realities. The study of the problem was the principal method of analytical method. Results of the analysis were used a modern legislative base materials of the Federal State statistics service of RUSSIA, publishing domestic and foreign researchers of the issues of formation and development of telemedicine market, as well as preventive health services. Based on the results of the study revealed the main characteristics of preventive health services, unsubstantiated the author’s point of view on their availability. Are drawn conclusions on necessity and directions of the development of telemedicine services as actual solutions to the problems identified.The expediency of development cooperation network of medical and educational institutions in the field of preventive medicine. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the fact that the author of the expediency and directions of use of telemedical technologies as a tool to address the problems of low temporal and territorial availability of preventive medical services.The practical significance of the research: materials articles may be useful both to further develop scientific approaches and practical recommendations for development of innovative preventive health and health services in General. Extensive use of digital technology in the field of health can provide meaningful results in socio-economic development of the country.
