DEVELOPMENT OF EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE IN THE TRAINING OF ECONOMISTS: PROBLEMS AND SEARCHES

Abstract. The article is devoted to the study of the emotional intelligence development in the training of economic specialists. The purpose of the research is to identify the possibilities of economic training technologies for the development of emotional intelligence. The work used general scientific principles and research methods: induction and deduction, synthesis and analysis, logical alignment, systematization of theoretical foundations and practice of information presentation. The results of the study revealed that technologies developed by the teams of scientific schools of universities are successfully adapted in Russian universities. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the identified tools for developing emotional intelligence in economics students; systematized and classified learning technologies in the game format; the established influence of didactic games on the formation of emotional intelligence and professional competencies of students studying in economics; the identified correlation of groups of didactic games with labor functions included in the professional standard «Enterprise Economist»; certain ways of further development of the studied tools in the training of specialists in the field of economics. The results of the research have both theoretical and practical significance, and can serve as a foundation for the development of basic technologies for training economic specialists in the field of emotional intelligence. The direction of further research is the use of artificial intelligence to select the developed technologies for training economic personnel for the development of emotional intelligence.
