Abstract. At this stage in the development of the theory of the economics of entrepreneurship, global entrepreneurial structures, as a rule, are not allocated to a separate business unit, but are considered in conjunction with transnational corporations and international companies. However, global companies have independent objective and subjective, basic and variable signs and principles of sustainable development, which determines the relevance of a deep and meaningful study of their functioning. Our goal was to identify the distinctive features of the activity of global entrepreneurial structures using the fractal approach and to prove their allocation into a special category of business entities in the theory of business economics. The structure-forming factor of this scientific article is the identification of multilevel principles and a fractal approach to organizing a global entrepreneurial structure. Fractals of I, II, and III levels are distinguished, each of which is a repeating element of a spiral developing structure that is closer in structure to a crystalline one - core-binding elements and a system of more subtle relationships that respond to internal and external processes of the system. This allowed us to determine the basic and variable principles of global business structures. For the first time in the theory of the economics of entrepreneurship, global entrepreneurial structures are singled out in a special category of business entities, which is proved by the author through the application of the fractal approach. The results of the study can be used by entrepreneurial structures both within the national economy and when going beyond its borders in order to scale a commercialized business idea.
