STRATEGIC APPROACH TO MANAGING INVESTMENT POLICIES BASED ON PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIPS FOR THE TRANSITION TO A DIGITAL ECONOMY

Abstract. A strategic approach to the management of investment policy is explored to form a digital economy in the system: society, people, knowledge, nature. The conceptual approach to the formation of public administration subsystems of the strategic priorities of investing the digital economy on the basis of public-private partnership is defined. The institutional and legal mechanisms for the formation of digital investment subsystems and the requirements for the substantiation of mechanisms for regulating the digital economy are considered. The benchmarks for managing investment policies for the development of the digital economy are developed. The feasibility of creating a national system of strategic state management of the digital economy is recommended.
