AGGREGATE ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE AS A MANAGERIAL RESOURCE FOR REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Abstract. The relevance of the topic under consideration is associated with the need to present the author's approach to the use of the intangible resource of the aggregate organizational culture to improve the efficiency of the management system of the regions. In the context of the diversity of characteristics of specific subjects of the Russian Federation, methodological and methodological needs arise in the awareness and subsequent diagnostics of the existing interrelationships of the organizational culture of economic entities with the phenomenon of aggregate organizational culture. The essence of the total organizational culture, its connection with the total sectoral organizational culture and the culture of economic relations in the region is considered. The principle of clustering regions according to the ratio of the total regional organizational and industry culture is defined.
