INNOVATIONS IN RUSSIAN INDUSTRY: STATE AND DEVELOPMENT PROSPECTS

Abstract. The level of development of the industry and its structure in many respects define state of the economy of the country. For this reason studying of a state and level of innovations in industrial production is one of the main objectives realized within economic science. The purpose of article is assessment of a state and the prospects of development of innovations in the industry of Russia. As methods of knowledge of the phenomenon the analysis and synthesis, a logical and statistical method are used. It is possible to refer the following to the most significant results received during the conducted research: the tendency to growth of volume of the shipped goods (the rendered services) is observed by the industrial enterprises; dynamics of the index of industrial production indicates unstable growth subject to considerable fluctuations under the influence of local and world economic crises; specific weight of fixed assets of the industry in all-country volume is lost over time, number occupied in this kind of activity has the same tendency; the share of investments into the industry in all-country volume isn't stable and fluctuates in the range from 34% up to 42%; total amount of the means listed on scientific research in 2016 was 0,47% of GDP volume of the federal budget that is much lower than universal values; low science funding results in insignificant activity of scientists and formation of new technologies that in turn negatively affects release of innovative goods (services) by the industrial enterprises. The conclusions received during the research will be useful to the scientists dealing with problems of economy and management of the industrial enterprises and also to employees and specialists of public institutions and departments when developing strategy of increase in a share of the innovative industrial goods manufactured in Russia.
