Abstract. The relevance of the question is due to the increased recent interest of the state in the activities of large corporate structures, because corporations, having economic strength, are able to influence the development of the country's economy and solve certain socio-economic problems. The purpose of this article is to identify tools and measures of support, as well as forms of financing of corporations by the state. In the process of research such General scientific methods of cognition as analysis, synthesis, induction and generalization were used. The article describes the role, importance and effectiveness of public participation in the development of the corporate sector, analyzes the tools, measures and forms of state support and financing of corporate activities, and presents the most discussed government programs, it also describes the possible prospects for the development of the corporate sector with the support of the state. The results obtained in the framework of the study can be used in the process of forming the financial strategy of corporations.
