Alexander Evgenievich is the chairman of the dissertation council 75.2.046.02 and the deputy chairman of the dissertation council 75.02.046.01 on the basis of the Russian University of Cooperation; a member of the expert council on state regulation of educational activities under the Committee of the State Duma on Education and Science.

The subject of scientific research: economic and information security of the state, regions and entrepreneurship aimed at theoretical and methodological issues; the development of social infrastructure and ensuring the safe functioning of enterprises of the agricultural sector of the country's economy, including in the conditions of sanctions pressure, solving the problems of accounting and analytical support for managerial decisions.

Suglobov A.E. is the author of over 430 scientific and educational and methodological works on economic security, audit and economic analysis, accounting in Russian and English, including 25 scientific monographs. Alexander Evgenievich is the leader and member of the copyright groups of 75 textbooks and teaching aids, has more than 260 publications in central scientific journals (220 in the journals recommended by the Higher Attestation Commission of the Russian Federation, 36 in Scopus, 8 in the Web of Science journals).
