INFLUENCE OF THE OPERATING HOURS OF THE CARS OF THE OIL AND GAS PRODUCING ENTERPRISE ON THE CONSUMPTION OF SPARE PARTS
Road transport plays an important role in the transport system of Russia, including oil and gas producing enterprises of the North and Western Siberia. From the timely provision of a transport company, some of the spare parts depend on the final results of the activities of road transport enterprises. The main purpose of the article is to determine the influence of the operating hours of the oil and gas company’s cars on the consumption of spare parts. The review of methods for determining the optimum service life of the car is carried out. Factors affecting the consumption of spare parts are considered. The cost of spare parts for KAMAZ vehicles is calculated. The influence of operating time on the consumption of spare parts is revealed. The model of the stochastic dependent expenses for spare parts from an operating time of the vehicle is offered. It is established that with the increase of the car's running time, the costs for spare parts are increasing more intensively with the simultaneous expansion of their nomenclature. The role of timely forecasting of expenses for spare parts to investigate the enterprise is revealed.
Keywords: lifetime, optimization, optimization criteria of car, costs of spare parts, operating time.
