PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS AS A TOOL FOR ANALYSIS AND CONTROL QUALITY OF TRAINING OF SPECIALISTS
The relevance of the problem under study lies in the fact that currently one of the conditions for the formation of new areas of economic activity are professional standards that help to bring the training of young professionals to the requirements of the employer. The article is aimed at studying the complex of issues related to the aspects of the influence and relationship of professional standards with the system of higher education. The leading approach to the study of this problem is a systematic approach, as well as theoretical and methodological analysis of sources, allowing to identify the features of the implementation of professional standards. The authors highlight the advantages of the introduction of professional standards for various participants of the labor market and the market of educational services. Approaches and methods of development of professional standards in Russia and abroad are revealed. The results of the study of employers in terms of assessing the suitability of young professionals and the quality of their training, taking into account the requirements of the labor market. In conclusion, the need to coordinate the efforts of universities and representatives of the business community in the training of competitive specialists. The materials of the article can be useful in the development of a set of measures and the introduction of new approaches to the organization of work on updating the educational programs of universities, taking into account the provisions of professional standards.
