INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT TRENDS OF THE RUSSIAN BANKING PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Abstract. The relevance of the problem is due to the emergence of new financial technologies and the creation of prerequisites for their active implementation in the activities of commercial banks. The constantly changing needs of customers, the growing competition in the banking market both among banks and non-Bank financial and credit organizations and the need to maintain the stability of the banking sector and the economy as a whole dictates the need to introduce innovative developments. The digital transformation has not affected banking and financial services. Such changes have a significant impact on the work of all financial institutions, as well as the people involved in them. The course towards the digital economy has affected all business sectors in one way or another. In order to succeed rather than stay afloat, banks are actively implementing IT innovations. The digital "reset" of financial institutions requires not only a restructuring of all processes, but also a change in the Outlook of the people who work in them: digital transformation leads to the transformation of the professional. This means that the use of new technologies and automation based on big data are becoming an integral part of the workflow of compliance workers in the banking sector. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the need for the formation of high-quality products and services of Russian banks through innovative developments, as well as the disclosure of the main trends of this development. During the research General scientific methods of cognition, such as analysis, synthesis, induction and generalization are applied. The main directions of innovative development of banking products and services were identified, the need for innovation in the activities of commercial banks was revealed, the generalizing trend of innovative development of the domestic banking market-packaging and combining was identified, their essence was revealed. In the article on the basis of generalization of experience of Russian and foreign banks the directions of further development of the banking sector are offered. In addition, the idea of forming a new type of commercial Bank in Russia in the form of a financial supermarket offering all financial services at once is proved. The emerging trend in the provision of banking services, which includes a package of banking products immediately starting point in this direction. The results obtained in the course of the study can be used in the formation of a competitive strategy of banks in the implementation of their innovation activities.
