TRANSFORMATION OF THE REPUTATIONAL CAPITAL OF THE REGION AND THE AUTHORITIES OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION IN THE CONTEXT OF CHANGING POLITICAL SITUATION IN THE WORLD

Abstract. The relevance of the problem under study lies in the fact that in the modern world the political situation is constantly changing, and this affects the reputational capital of the regions and the authorities of the Russian Federation. Reputational capital is the totality of knowledge, experience and expectations associated with a region and its economic activity. It can be positive or negative and has a significant impact on various aspects of the development of the regional economy. Reputation capital plays an important role in the socio-economic development of the regional economy. The goal is to study the transformation of the reputational capital of regions and authorities in the context of a changing political situation in the world. In this article, a semantic matrix of definitions of domestic and foreign researchers has been compiled, one of the important factors (political culture) that influences the formation of the region’s reputational capital has been studied, a rating of the heads of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation has been formed, and positive and negative properties of the heads of regional authorities have been determined. Also, new directions for the formation of the reputational capital of the regions in the context of a special military operation have been identified.
