Abstract. The problem of meeting harvest dates is relevant in regions where the timeliness of export largely depends on natural and climatic conditions, with a significant role played and the technical capabilities of the producers, namely their equipment of high-passable vehicles involved in the transport and technological support of the agro-industrial complex.

The high-load multi-purpose vehicles currently used, such as the Kamaz family, have a number of advantages, have low traction-clutch properties when moving on soils with low carrying capacity.

A rational way is to increase the traction-chain properties while reducing the normal pressure on the soil and use in the composition of the road train with the simultaneous use of corrective devices in its design.

The aim of this work is to improve the transport process by taking the harvest out of the fields in a timely manner.

The relevance of the research is justified by the need to improve the process of exporting crops from the fields by improving the vehicle’s running system, conditions for the implementation of its traction-clutch properties and an increase in the volume of cargo carried by the use of multi-link transport trains.

The scientific novelty of the work lies in the results of theoretical studies of the impact of the width of contact of the wheel engine on the traction-clutch properties of the car and the adjustment of the transport corridor of the multi-link road train.

Key words: car, autotrain, trailer, turn, traction-clutch properties.
