FORMATION OF THE REQUIREMENT FLOW FOR RESTORING THE CHARGE OF THE ELECTRIC CAR POWER BATTERY WHEN USING THE CITY CHARGING INFRASTRUCTURE

Abstract. Currently, one of the global trends, which according to the development strategy of the automotive industry for the period until 2025 should be observed in the Russian Federation, is the transition to the operation of electric vehicles. At the same time, experts consider the creation of a developed charging infrastructure as a prerequisite for the implementation of this direction, which is reflected as one of the points in the action plan for implementing the development strategy of the automotive industry for the period up to 2025. Its decision necessitates the development of a methodology for substantiating the parameters of the urban charging infrastructure for electric vehicles. The world has already developed scientific approaches to the design of auto-service enterprises, and in particular charging infrastructure. They are based on the theory of queuing systems and consider the number of electric vehicles, range, average daily mileage as initial data. However, they do not take into account the peculiarities of the electric vehicle operation in the Russian Federation, which include a high share of the use of personal points of connection to the electric grid, as well as the technical parameters of electric vehicles. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to study the features of the formation of the application flow for the charge of the traction battery of electric vehicles in the cities of the Russian Federation. To achieve this goal, theoretical studies were carried out, they included the development of a system for the formation of the required number of charging stations for electric vehicles in the city based on a systematic approach; identification of factors that have the greatest impact on the number of considered objects using a priori ranking; and the development of mathematical models based on mathematical modeling. The hypotheses put forward in the course of a theoretical study were confirmed during the processing of experimental data by methods of mathematical statistics. As a result, the input flow of requirements for restoring the charge of the traction battery of electric vehicles when using the urban charging infrastructure was described using the distribution function of the number of charging sessions performed during the day, regression and harmonic models. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the development of mathematical models that describe the receipt of applications for the charge of the traction battery of electric vehicles, taking into account the features of their operation in the Russian Federation. The results will be further used to build a simulation model for determining the optimal number of charging stations in the city, taking into account the minimization of operating costs for owners of electric vehicles and charging infrastructure.
