METHODOLOGICAL APPROACH TO ESTIMATION OF IDENTITY OF WORKERS OF THE ENTERPRISE

Abstract. From the standpoint of the social theory of identity, the psychological concept of self-determination and a new institutional economy  is analyzed the process of forming the identity of an employee of an enterprise. In this paper, it is justified that identity acts as a non-monetary form of employee motivation, which is formed under the influence of institutional arrangements of the enterprise. This conclusion allows us to develop a methodological approach to assessing the identity of both an individual employee and a group of employees according to a given criterion. Assessment of identity creates an additional criterion, which along with traditional socio-economic indicators allows you to determine the optimal organizational structure, the rational number of employees, as well as the direction of development of institutional order of the enterprise. As a result, the methodological approach to the assessment of the identity of one employee, various groups of employees and divisions of the enterprise, which provides an additional criterion for optimizing the organizational structure and the number of employees.
