DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF RUSSIAN HEALTH CARE AS A FACTOR IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE INDUSTRY

Abstract. As a result of the introduction of various digital technologies, changes have occurred in the socio-economic state of the country, which requires the development of directions for the development of the healthcare system in modern conditions of digital transformation. services due to the large-scale implementation of digital technologies. The methodological basis of scientific research was made by such modern general scientific research methods as: comparative analysis, statistical and structural-logical methods. The scientific novelty as a whole consists in substantiating the need for the effective use of information technologies in the process of providing medical care, as well as in developing recommendations for solving the problematic aspects of forming a strategy for the development of digital healthcare transformation in Russia. The study revealed the role of informatization and automation of the healthcare sector. The analysis of the current state of the digitalization level in the healthcare sector, as well as global and local trends in the development of digitalization of medical services, determined Russia’s place in terms of the digital transformation in this service sector. A study of health-care strategy showed that support for the digital transformation of the medical services sector is carried out at the state level, somewhat lagging behind global trends. The article studies the prospects for the development of digitalization of healthcare and identifies the problems of transformation of the domestic medical industry, including the lack of financial resources, the low development of intelligence of expert medical systems, on the basis of which directions for modernizing the development strategy of digital medicine in Russia are proposed.
