PLANNING OF NEEDS IN THE SERVICES OF SPECIAL VEHICLES WITH REGARD TO PRODUCTION RATIO OF OIL AND GAS COMPANIES

Abstract. The paper presents a methodology for forecasting the need for services of special vehicles of enterprises of the oil and gas industry for the purposes of organizing procurement activities. The developed approach allows, at the planning stage, on the basis of forecast data on changes in key performance indicators and factors of production conditions of an enterprise in the oil and gas industry, to allocate available financial resources for the purchase of services between departments according to the forecast demand for special cars services. A mathematical model is proposed for determining the need for special automobile services and technological transport, taking into account various production conditions. affecting the need for special vehicles involved in oil and gas production units of oil and gas enterprises. The types of special vehicles most in demand in the oil and gas production units of the oil and gas industry have been established.
