MANAGEMENT OF CONTENTMENT WORK EMPLOYEES THROUGH FLEXIBLE SYSTEM STIMULATING
This paper develops a system of incentives to be used as a tool for managing job satisfaction of the staff members. The main purpose of the study is to identify the instruments to improve job satisfaction of the employees in a large energy sales company and develop the methods to manage these instruments. This study is relevant for forming and developing positive attitude to labor, increasing productivity and production efficiency. This study uses the following methods and techniques: document analysis, interview with the manager, the technique of V.A. Rozanova «Job Satisfaction», the author’s questionnaire aimed to estimate the efficiency of the system of motivation and stimulation of personnel, and Pierson’s correlation analysis. The paper documents the positive relationship between the incentive system and job satisfaction in the large energy sales company. In particular, an individual approach that meets the needs of the employee and offers a menu of compensation packages increases the level of job satisfaction and may serve as the basis of a flexible incentive system.
