ADAPTIVE APPROACH TO THE FORMATION OF ENERGY-SAVING PROGRAMS
The article presents the methodological aspects of the energy saving program based on the adaptive approach developed by the authors of the study. The main methods of research are logical analysis, modeling. The purpose of the study is the development of guidelines for the implementation of an adapted approach to the formation of energy saving programs. Results of scientific research: the authors present the elements of various theoretical approaches to the formation of energy saving programs, implemented within the framework of the adaptive approach and aspects that allow to level the shortcomings of these approaches, developed: an algorithm for the implementation of an adaptive approach to the formation of energy saving programs; science-based principles, the mechanism of interaction of energy saving program activities with other processes in the organization, the mechanism for making changes to the energy saving program. The results can be used by various enterprises and organizations to develop or update the program of energy saving and energy efficiency.
