BUISINESS GAME AS A METHOD OF MOTIVATION OF YOUNG TEACHERS OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS
The relevance. The topic of motivation of young employees is becoming increasingly important for modern organizations, including government. This issue is particularly acute for budgetary educational institutions: the reality is that the material means of stimulation are very limited, and the influx of talented young people into the teaching environment is insufficient. In particular, the problem of retention of young teachers faced one of the institutions of secondary vocational education in Yekaterinburg, which was the reason for the empirical study of the motivation of their work and the development of the project of the business game for its improvement. 
The goal is to improve the system of motivation and stimulation of young teachers of the educational institution.   
Research problem:
to determine the main motivating factors of the respondents; 
to explore their assessment of the practice of motivation in the institution;
to develop effective tools material non-monetary staff motivation.
Methods: document analysis, statistical methods, and employee surveys (questionnaire staff, interview guide).
Research results: the project of business game as a method alternative to the material mechanisms of motivation of teachers and aimed at meeting their needs for professional development, recognition and self-realization. The adapted version of the proposed solution can be applied in any organizations of the budgetary sphere.
