FEATURES OF THE INDIAN ECONOMY’S INVESTMENT APPEAL FORMATION IN THE PROCESS OF INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT

Abstract. India is on an innovative way of country’s development and needs to create a favorable investment environment. Main objectives of the article are to determine primary directions of innovative development, identify investment appeal problems and describe government activities in this sphere. Analyzing Indian economy’s growth potential, key resources and main barriers we revealed that the main advantage of Indian market is young labor force that requires to be specialized in applied in high-tech areas. Moreover huge consumer Internet-market potential is a factor of international investment attractiveness. It is necessary to encourage innovative industrialization and infrastructure development of ICT and logistics, e-commerce, online services and intellectual property rights.
