CONCEPTUAL BASES OF RELATIONAL INTERACTIONS OF MODERN INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES

Abstract. The essential characteristic of the correlations. General approaches to the analysis of relations are systematized. Relational arrangements are largely determined by informal agreements between the actors of interaction. This is due to the focus of relations on highly specific assets, the alternative use of which is impossible. It is advisable to use the instrumental rationality of relations, aimed at analyzing the implementation of the goals: the relationship provides security, not economic efficiency.  

Methodology. The methodological foundations of relational arragements are the relational theory, the resource theory of the system organization of the economy and the theory of transaction costs. 

Key category. Analyzes the major categories of correlations: object relational, relational space, portfolio correlations, relational rent relational strategy. The proposed definition of «soul» communiques, including subsystem functions, intentions, expectations, attractions. The author proposes to use the categories of «complementarity» and «security» of interactions in the formation of relational inter-firm relations.

Research result. Allow to form a theoretical and analytical basis for the formation of relational strategies of industrial enterprises. The results are intended for use by specialists in the field of enterprise Economics, organization theory. They can be useful for researchers of theoretical and methodological foundations of the development of firms, strategic management of industrial enterprises, and practitioners, enterprise management, in the development of working out prospects on the basis of the formation of partnerships with market participants.
